45L Water Mist Fire Fighting Equipment

 

This device is compose of four modules

1.       Water Pump module 

2.       Water automatic regulatory module

3.       Foam automatic mixing module 

4.       Water tank/foam tank liquid  level controlling module

The fur modules above can be controlled by the computerized control unit ECU.

The device uses a modular design concept can be matched flexible according to customer request. The module/integrated designs provide great convenient for loading the van, so main engine can be located on the side of the fire engine or the on the trunk of the mobile, even on the tricycle. System can work by the default values: start for one switch and begin to extinguish through pulling the lance’s trigger.

Water Pump module

This device power by a 25 HP engine drives the water pump through the reduction gears and produces the max working pressure 4 MPa, max flow 45L/min.

Water automatic regulatory module

Water pressure, temperature and flow can be controlled by this module which completes the automatic control of working and idling condition for main engine.

Foam automatic mixing module

This module can control the adding amount of foam exactly by the light of order from computer no matter what one or double lances will be used.

Water tank/foam tank liquid level controlling module

The module transports the signs of Water tank/foam tank liquid level to the computerized control unit ECU in order to alarm and protect under the normal liquid level.

The device can optional equip two 50m reels and double lances, which two reels can be connected (making water transport 100 meters high and maintaining the 3 MPa output pressure) and double lances can be used independently

A  Decontaminating task  

The device can control the adding amount of foam (control precision 1.5) exactly by the light of the computer control unit (ECU) and can be applied in decontaminating task over large areas during public health safety period; moreover we have accumulated lots of experience of successes during SARS period in 2003 and Wenchuan earthquake in 2008. This function can be applied in decontaminating task for rescue person and equipments in the later period of dealing with chemical hazardous articles

B  Adsorption task Chemical hazardous articles spills 

When the chemical hazardous articles (ammonia, chlorine and Hydrochloric acid. etc) dissolving in water leak, we can ensure safety in the field through rapidly miscible, dispersion and controlling diffuse region by use of water mist;.

C  Explosion protection task

When the risk explosion of chemical hazardous articles occurs, the device can effectively control the source and disperse range of chemical the hazardous by the use of spraying the water mist.
